Born in the Rocky Mountain High state of Colorado Gary has been writing and performing since the age of 15. Now 66 he is proud to have been a professional songwriter and performer for over fifty years. Gary is well known in Colorado, Wyoming , Utah and Arizona. He lived in London , England in the 70's and played his original music throughout Europe and he was signed to a publishing deal with the Mervin Conn Organization. Returning to Colorado Gary played a residency gig for 5 years at the Toll Gate Saloon and The Gilded Garter saloon in Central City Colorado as well as many clubs , restaurants and ski resorts in the Mile High State. Moving to Nashville in 2001 Gary became a staff writer with Ash Street Music. Music City afforded him the opportunity to write and perform with number one writers Gerald Smith, Stan Webb, Jimmy Payne, Bobby Keel, Wood Newton and others. Gary has also shared the stage with the Legendary Thom Bresh {son of Merle Travis}, Marc Alan Barnette{ and many more.
